The PERRIN Turbo Support Bracket's two-piece design with built-in adjustments allows for easier installation on both OEM and aftermarket J-pipes. After the OEM turbo support bracket is removed, the main bolt that holds it to the block will no longer line up, making it difficult to reinstall - forcing it back on can stress turbo components and damage the block. Many people skip reinstalling the OEM bracket, which can cause premature header failure. The PERRIN two-part design adds adjustability for better fitment and easier installation, accommodating headers with different flange placements, J-pipes with different flange thicknesses, and aftermarket turbos.
