The C1 XL is designed for drivers of over 100 kg with a waist size over 36 inches. This competition focused seat is based on the popular B6 Screamer with side impact head support.
The seat can be used comfortably without any lower padding, giving ultimate feel and feedback but at the same time retains great peripheral vision, which is essential in a competition seat. Its perfect ergonomic shape gives excellent support, whilst leaving the shoulders free to help steer the car unhindered.
The C1 is ultra rigid but under impact envelops and decelerates the occupant in a controlled and limited way to avoid injury. The rigidity is vital for stopping the harness and Hans device from becoming loose during an accident.
Supplied as standard with three Dinamica® suede covered headrest pads. Optional padded cushion and back panels are available. Weight: from 7.1 kg, or 8.1 kg with panels.
XL Edge options: C1-44 XL (edges off for narrow cockpits) or C1-47 XL (edges on). Both FIA homologated to 8855-1999.
Available in Carbon/GRP or GRP finish. Available with no seat inserts, standard inserts, or custom inserts.
